This unique program provides a tangible development opportunity for college students by matching them with a business professional who will help them learn about job opportunities in their chosen field of study. Students will be able to connect with business networks and experience real-life professional environments while gaining a better understanding of the exciting careers that exist within the Pittsburgh region.
We know that less than half of all graduating seniors remain in the region. Our goal is to keep a larger percentage of college students right here in Pittsburgh following graduation, and that's where you can help.
Mentors will serve as coaches, advisers, and
connectors, helping students expand their networks and prepare for the
transition from college to an exciting career...right here in Pittsburgh!
