Human Resource and Talent Manager
We are seeking a creative, dynamic individual to fill an immediate need for a Human†Resource and Talent Manager†to evaluate, plan, develop, organize, and direct the organizationís Human Resource function and performance. The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for developing strategies to recruit and retain a strong workforce and promote Auberle as an employer of choice in the community. The role will also focus on enhancing the employee experience and developing best-in-class people practices and is additionally responsible for implementation of the tools to monitor our culture, enhance the employee experience and increase engagement.
This position requires a Masterís Degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 2 years of Human Resource management experience or a Bachelorís Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience. PHR/SPHR certification preferred. Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and regulations is necessary. This position requires a valid driverís license, vehicle and proof of insurance. Required to apply for Act 33/34 clearances (criminal and child abuse) as well as FBI clearance. Pre-employment drug screening and random employment drug testing required.
