The Manager of Inclusion & Diversity will report to the Head of Inclusion & Diversity and champion, promote and help develop inclusive diversity strategies and initiatives across DICK’S Sporting Goods, within all areas of our business.
The Role You’ll Play:Continually test new ways to develop programs and take a creative approach to I&D.Maintain knowledge of current and emerging I&D principles and best practices on diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement and recommend appropriate changes to programs, policies and practices.Partner with the Learning team to develop and maintain resources, training, and communications to support the enterprise and division-specific processes and system.Provide effective support, guidance, and oversight to Resource Groups and their leadership teams, ensuring alignment and integration of TRG action plans, budgets and programming with business and I&D goals.Serve as subject matter expert to lead and facilitate trainings and presentations on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, and other inclusion topics.Defines and implements effective measures to monitor organizational performance and progress.Regularly communicates on enterprise program strategy, direction, change, measures and results.Supports the expansion and visibility of I&D initiatives across all functions.Partner with many functions and function leaders to drive the success and adoption of I&D initiatives.
