The Staffing Coordinator provides support to all team members in the person-centered hiring process and philosophies of Home and Community Supports.† The Staffing Coordinator provides assistance in all department hiring processes and staffing needs as well as tracking in conjunction with Human Resources, as well as those we support. Skills necessary in this position include a high level of organization, energy, and motivation, and teamwork. Reports to the Vice President of Home and Community Supports.


High School Diploma or GED and 3 to 5 years of scheduling experience required. Case management and/or home care experience are helpful. Proven organizational, database, word processing, and computer skills required. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Valid Pennsylvania driverís license and properly insured vehicle required. Act 3
