†As part of a high performing Human Resources (HR) team, this manager role provides leadership to FHLBank and team members in the development and implementation of HR policies, programs and services related to talent attraction and retention, employee relations and engagement, position control, diversity and inclusion and operational compliance.


Required Experience

  • At least seven years of applicable human resources experience with proven expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition and D&I (experience in a highly structured and/or regulated company is preferred)
  • Bachelorís degree in HR or related area, with PHR/SHRM-CP or other applicable certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as both a strategic and progressive facilitator, coach and trainer
  • Exceptional written and verbal presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive complex projects and initiatives in a variety of HR functional areas
  • Proven analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to effectively analyze, translate and present complex concepts and data to internal and external partners
  • Hands on HRMS experience (Workday experience is an advantage)
  • Ability to grow into higher level roles within HR department
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to partake in the minimal travel required for this job
