Marketing Communications Manager
The primary responsibilities, as a Marketing Communication Key Account representative, is to manage the Marketing Communication activities listed below for their assigned Business Unit. Geographic Scope is North America Region with some global responsibilities.
Marketing Communication and Content Marketing: Lead and coordinate all regional BU specific activities and requests (product launches, marketing campaigns and events) as Key Account for the BU Marketing ManagementFirst level BU support: Act as first contact for the regional BU-marketing in all relevant customer communication challengesGo-to-Market-Communication Strategy: Define and execute the strategy along the value chain for BU Marketing and it´s product brands in alignment with the regional Marketing Communication HeadDevelop the strategic and operational planning of BU specific marketing communication activities including key performance measurement (KPI´s).Support BU Marketing in development of persuasive Value Propositions for product and service offers.Apply the Multi-/Omni channel eco system for NAmerica (e.g. Paid/Earned/ Owned Channels and touch-points)Align regional strategic content planning across all communication channels (online and offline)Manage marketing requests as well as strategic and operative planning needs of marketing communication.Provide input for x-BU budget planning, result monitoring and optimizationSteer 3rd party provider: Actively steward all agency work on predefined objectives in alignment with regional head.•Exchange with other Key Accounter and strong consultation with the Head of Key Account
