Bilingual Sales Representative (Call Center)
Are you goal oriented with a competitive spirit and an engaging personality? Dollar Bank is looking for a bilingual customer service representative who enjoys working with customers to provide the best products and services for their financial needs. This is a sales position, but customer service and satisfaction are always our number one priority. This position will work with both English and Spanish speaking customers.
Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED required.At least one year of customer service experience required; one year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting individual sales goals preferred.Financial institution and/or call center experience a plus.Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are required.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent computer, internet and technical skills.Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.Good problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as part of a team.Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Candidates being considered will be subject to additional background checks as required by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.Candidate must be able to work a rotating schedule. The hours for this department are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 8:00 pm and Saturday, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm.
