Bilingual Sales Representative (Call Center)

Are you goal oriented with a competitive spirit and an engaging personality? Dollar Bank is looking for a bilingual customer service representative who enjoys working with customers to provide the best products and services for their financial needs. This is a sales position, but customer service and satisfaction are always our number one priority. This position will work with both English and Spanish speaking customers.


Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • At least one year of customer service experience required; one year of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting individual sales goals preferred.
  • Financial institution and/or call center experience a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer, internet and technical skills.
  • Ability to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Candidates being considered will be subject to additional background checks as required by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
  • Candidate must be able to work a rotating schedule. The hours for this department are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am 8:00 pm and Saturday, 9:00 am 3:00 pm.
