Daily administration of the company’s health and welfare plans, including the medical, prescription, dental, vision, life, non-work related disability, death claims, Wellness, FSA/HSA, COBRA, ACA and any other benefit plan requirements. Coordination of the company’s leave of absence programs in conjunction with the company’s third party leave administrator including FMLA, Non-FMLA Leave, Leave and other forms of leave.
