Serving as the Companyís Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and Employee Engagement strategist, develops and advances a holistic strategy that embodies people values, policies, and practices to ensure all people are treated fairly, are working to their capabilities, are engaged and that workforce initiatives represent the communities in which we work. Leads DEI, Talent Review and Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement areas. Closely collaborates with the leadership team, and partners across all levels of the organization to drive DEI, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and Employee Engagement initiatives by identifying, developing, implementing and measuring progress against strategic and tactical initiatives. Leads the organization to effectively engage and develop employees, and enrich FedEx Groundís inclusive culture, creating positive and successful experiences for all employees, customers and those within the communities we serve.
