This job leads the clinical services training and leadership development strategy within Highmark Inc.. Specifically, the incumbent develops and implements appropriate strategies, tools, and processes to identify and develop appropriate curriculum, modality and tools to close skill gaps.  The incumbent provides expertise in consulting with business executives to develop a comprehensive training and development strategy.  Programs should include a variety of learning modalities and reinforce on-the-job development as well as formal programs across all levels (manager and employee).  Leads a team of professionals to support facilitation of programs and achieve measurable outcomes.
