Fleet Asset Administrator

Location: Pittsburgh

Maintain all aspects of the fleet equipment in regards to permitting and registration requirements, ensuring compliance.


  • Maintain registration and permitting requirements of fleet
  • Maintain complete and accurate vehicle lists and master files
  • Produce required asset usage and status reports
  • Process required paperwork for new equipment purchases
  • Process required Paperwork and payments for all sold Equipment
  • Prepare and submit various state and federal tax filings
  • Prepare and submit customer invoices


  • Assist with administrative functions for parts dept; shops; tire dept; warranty; dept. management
  • Communicate with satellite terminals regarding fleet maintenance records
  • Assist in cross training support staff on various functions
  • React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned


  • Experience in an office environment is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and good typing and 10-key skills is essential
  • Good analytical skills essential
  • Ability to solve minor problems and make decisions in absence of management is necessary
  • Interpersonal and communication skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively with outside terminals, vendors and customers.
  • Experience with Title work is preferred
