Fleet Asset Administrator
Maintain all aspects of the fleet equipment in regards to permitting and registration requirements, ensuring compliance.
Maintain registration and permitting requirements of fleetMaintain complete and accurate vehicle lists and master filesProduce required asset usage and status reportsProcess required paperwork for new equipment purchasesProcess required Paperwork and payments for all sold EquipmentPrepare and submit various state and federal tax filingsPrepare and submit customer invoices
Assist with administrative functions for parts dept; shops; tire dept; warranty; dept. managementCommunicate with satellite terminals regarding fleet maintenance recordsAssist in cross training support staff on various functionsReact to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
Experience in an office environment is preferredProficient in Microsoft Office Products and good typing and 10-key skills is essentialGood analytical skills essentialAbility to solve minor problems and make decisions in absence of management is necessaryInterpersonal and communication skills are required. Must be able to communicate effectively with outside terminals, vendors and customers.Experience with Title work is preferred
