As an Outside Sales Representative in the niche area of floor cleaning equipment, you will bring specialty skills to a growing team within CRL. Not only will you work to bring on new customers; you will work to support existing customers with your unique expertise. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for supporting equipment demonstrations both in-person and virtually, as well as keep an updated pipeline within CRL’s internal CRM software. Last, you will work closely with a cross-functional team at the organization to maintain a clean and robust sales process as well as facilitate logistics with the Sales & Operations Teams.


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years in sales experience in the floor cleaning space
  • Proven sales success in prior roles
  • Experience using a CRM to manage new leads and ongoing deals
  • Results driven individual familiar with performance based compensation
  • Previous experience working with Supply Chain & Inventory Management Groups
  • Knowledge of the product procurement process
  • Contact list of current and prior customers that can be used to generate new clientele for CRL
  • Experience in autonomous cleaning
