-Foster relationships and rapport with clients that will result in sales.
-Follow up on sales leads and customer requests in a timely manner.
-Build a customer following via referrals and thank you cards.
-Assist with merchandising, gift-wrapping, and sales transactions.
The ideal candidate will enjoy meeting and engaging with people, working in a group team dynamic, be able to successfully close sales, and communicate a humble and patient presence. While previous sales and/or jewelry store experience is a plus, excellent communication and relationship-building skills are key.
