Oversees areas of human resources including EEO, diversity, employee relations, and labor relations, internal and external complaints and civil cases; provides support to Vice President for all human resources areas; represents the Vice President as assigned.
Masterís degree in human resources, business administration or related field and a minimum of eight years of experience. A juris doctorate is preferred. Experience in employee relations, labor relations, and conducting EEO investigations is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
