Responsible for processing a variety of financial transactions remotely through the Personal Video Machines. Proactively suggest appropriate products and services to benefit our members and provide support to Online Banking Services. Meet established service standards and sales goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Similar or related experience required
- Ability to communicate, verbally, through video
- Experience communicating via virtual technology (Skype, Face Time, Video Conf.)
- Comfortable on camera, maintaining a friendly and professional appearance
- Professional written communication skills Excellent member service skills
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated cross-selling skills
- Ability to operate multiple monitors and software systems
- Ability to handle cash and possess good analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining accuracy
