Director of Sales
The Director of Sales will employ varying skills to be successful, such as structured delegation, planning, conception, and implementation of strategic sales plans in a solution selling environment.. This role works with the customer success team and makes changes as necessary to address faltering sales and/or customer engagement activities to ensure continued growth. Additionally, this position will work collaboratively with all departments within the organization to ensure the customer is receiving continued value from new and existing products as the relationship continues to grow. This role will support all contract negotiations representing new sales opportunities and ensure that negotiations are completed smoothly and timely.
