The Director manages all facets of a comprehensive orientation for all undergraduate students (5000/yr). In collaboration with the Office of Admissions and Financial Aid, Student Affairs, undergraduate academic schools, and numerous campus entities, this position is responsible for the creation, implementation, execution, and assessment of programs supporting a seamless, successful transition to the University and First Year Experience. Others duties as required.

The incumbent must possess a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel, Higher Education, Student Development or a related field.
