-Provide general LTL and volume quoting
-Coordinate and quote Fast Track / Time Definite shipments
-Schedule pick-ups Trace shipments and provide freight charges
-Process re-billings from sales reps, 3rd parties and customers -Process fax and Internet requests from internal and external customers
-Handle Managed Accounts and special requests from Managed Accounts Effectively and efficiently resolve customer issues and respond to customer questions regarding shipments; develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
-Able to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned
