Weíre a community-based health and human services organization using person-centered care to treat our areaís most vulnerable populations. The Crisis Walk-In and Central Recovery Center (CRC) Clinician will work to triage, assess, and treat persons of all ages with mental health and drug/alcohol populations in a crisis setting. This position requires an exceptional level of customer service and clinical integrity to maintain positive relationships with families, referral sources. The Crisis Clinician is responsible for conducting crisis assessments for persons walking in for services. The Crisis Clinician is also responsible for managing a safe, recovery oriented environment for Persons Served staying crisis residential unit for 3-5 days while persons are stabilizing on medications and are actively seeking residential placement including shelter placement. This position is responsible for completing crisis recovery plans, case management as needed and coordinate with varied community providers to ensure successful resolution of the crisis situation and that connections are made to necessary community partners to help persons in recovery of mental illness or substance use.
Masterís Degree in Human Services AND 1 year paid related experience OR Bachelorís Degree in Human Services AND 5 years paid related experience. Valid driver's license required. Crisis intervention experience preferred.
