Manager, Global Talent Management
In this role, you will work within the Talent Management CoE (Center of
Expertise) and report to the Senior Director of Talent Management. The
Talent CoE is responsible for integrated processes and practices
designed to attract, develop, engage and retain the best talent to
support our culture. You will be focused on activities related to the
planning, coordination, execution and delivery of global projects and
initiatives supporting our People Development Program, Talent Planning,
Succession Planning, Talent Reviews and Career Development.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
