HR Business Partner
This job provides strategic human resource consulting to leaders on a
broad range of human resource issues. The job is also a key member of a
business solutions team (BST) which partners with client leaders to
develop talent and workforce strategies to accomplish business results.
The job will be focused on execution of talent strategy developed by
the business solutions team and execution of human resource strategy,
programs and processes developed by the practice areas and will require
strong collaboration and partnership with business solutions team
members and practice area leaders. Also plays a key client relationship
role with the director through supervisor level and will act as a
trusted advisor and will require attendance at staff meetings. The job
will build and strengthen relationships and coach leaders to accelerate
leadership effectiveness and maximize results.
Minimum 5 years experience in human resources
Broad human resources knowledge and experience in key functional areas of
staffing, compensation, employee relations or talent management.
