The Coordinator, Employee Growth and Evaluation Systems is responsible for leading the management and ensuring fidelity of implementation of growth and evaluation systems for non-teaching employees of the District. Primary goals of the position are to (1) manage, strengthen school leader professional growth and evaluation system; (2) manage, strengthen professional growth and evaluation processes for non-teaching professionals; (3) manage and strengthen the professional growth and evaluation process for central office administrators and staff; (4) support the commission staff growth and evaluation process; (5) support the application of information produced through the growth and evaluation process for applications that benefits students and staff (e.g. differentiated professional development, recognition and rewards, intensive support), and (6) perform other duties as specified by supervisor.
