The HR Job Analyst performs professional administrative work in the areas of job analysis and job description development, position classification and compensation, sourcing and recruitment of diverse candidates in accordance with relevant laws, union contracts, regulations, policies and merit employment guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelorís degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Business Administration or a related field.† At least two (2) years of experience in the administration of human resource programs and/or activities is required.† Experience in recruitment and/or job analysis preferred.† An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
