Collaborate with IT staff to deploy standardized support practices and procedures related to Data Hub functions
Project management to include allocating tasks, controlling
project scope, managing crises, document creation and effectively
communicating with various stakeholders.
Data analysis to assist Operations and Admin groups in determining and understanding trends
Conduct testing with IT to correct and document malfunctions on all Partnership projects
Develop and conduct training as needed for implementation of products and process changes
Assist with the diagnosis of Data Hub problems such as data
processing, file submissions from all carriers, application damage
control and other issues, and communicate those problems to the IT
department and follow-up until they are resolved.
Create, run, schedule and maintain reports via SQL Report Builder
Investigate and resolve issues related to rejected document images, data imports and data integrity
Manage the phone, fax and other communication traffic in support of an efficient environment in the Partnership department Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Four year degree, preferably in Business, Logistics, Information
Systems or Industrial Engineering or related field and/or the equivalent
in education and work experience
Command of English language to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
