Senior Paralegal

Your tasks and responsibilities The primary responsibilities of this role, Senior Paralegal, are to:   

- Serve as principal point of contact for business clients relating to commercial contract requests;
- Draft, review and negotiate standard legal contracts with limited supervision, involving responsible attorneys when necessary;
- Assist business clients in basic interpretation of contracts;
- Coordinate with responsible attorneys to respond to specific questions as appropriate;
- Work with attorneys on complex contracts;
- Maintain and update as necessary standard contract templates;
- Proactively recommend changes or new templates based on needs of organization;
- Help manage documentation relative to Informatics business and special contractual projects;
- Manage software license agreements, amendment process, business associate agreements, data security agreements and other documentation requested by customers relating   to informatics, including all cloud related materials;
- Draft, review and manage documentation for special commercial deals such as syringe and contrast accrual programs and portfolio projects;
- Develop a strong working knowledge of business and operational goals and objectives in assigned areas;
- Manage multiple priorities and complete assigned legal projects by utilizing detailed planning, sound business analysis, information systems support and expert legal training;
- Execute such other functions as delegated or assigned.

Preferred Qualifications: 
- Bachelor's degree;
- Healthcare and/or medical device experience.
