In this position you will be responsible for communicating with and training the acquisition team efforts on offers, products, policies and value propositions for our print and digital products.  In addition, you will use analytical tools to interpret data and provide insights on acquisition activities, create customer purchase workflows, and manage the order fulfillment process to ensure compliance with business rules and drive subscriber revenue.


The essential functions of this role include:

-Collaborate with department leaders on executing the acquisition plans that will increase subscriber revenue.

-Supervise a field-based sales team, including team schedules, events and locations. Perform administrative and reporting tasks such as crew payroll and vendor invoice reconciliation.

-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful print delivery on new subscribers and maintain online purchase workflow for digital subscriptions.

-Assist with the promotion and activation activities, including coordinating brand ambassador team.

-Work closely with vendors for a variety of acquisition channels including telemarketing and direct mail to ensure brand standards, pricing, business rules and acquisition goals are met.

-Effectively communicate with acquisition team and vendors on policy changes, promotions, product updates and provide training when required.   Assist in launching and training on new revenue initiatives, such as tiered pricing or new subscriber fees.

-Maintain digital marketing channels, including banner ads, landing page creation and online order pages.
