The Office of Institutional Advancement is seeking an Alumni
Relations Associate.† This entry level position will organize and
coordinate alumni programs and services designed to fosterand
strengthen the relationship between Seton Hill University and its
The Alumni Relations Associate will assist with the development of
relevant alumni programs, events, and volunteer opportunities using the
latest technology, social media and the alumni website to communicate
effectively and manage information.† The position will have a special
focus on current student engagement in programming efforts through the
Career Connectors program as well as the work of the Seton Hill Alumni
Association, particularly the Alumni Advisory Council.
A bachelorís degree is required.† Two years of related work
experience in special events coordination, fundraising, or marketing
along with volunteer and project management experience is preferred.
Strong written and oral communication skills are required. Experience
with Microsoft Office is required. Experience with social media
platforms and fundraising database systems is preferred.
This position reports directly to the Director of Alumni Relations.†
The Alumni Relations Associate works in cooperative and collaborative
relationship with Institutional Advancement staff.†
