The Dual Disorder Specialist provides individual and group psychotherapy in line with the evidenced based practices of integrated dual disorders treatment and housing first model of care. Participates in integrated dual disorders treatment team meetings. Provides mental health and substance abuse services that are integrated to meet the needs of chronically street homeless adults who have co-occurring disorders. Maintains clinical records. Assists targeted individuals in linking to permanent housing, accessing services, building support networks and resolving conflicts. Will need access to a vehicle and have a PA driverís license. Must have or be able to obtain co-occurring disorders certification through the PA certification board within 1 year of hire. Will provide on-call on a rotating basis. Must have Act 33/34/73 Clearances upon hire and a valid PA Driverís license.

Requirements: Masterís degree in psychology or social work plus1 year of co-occurring experience or a bachelorís degree in human services and 3 years of experience. Must have or be able to obtain co-occurring disorders certification through the PA certification board within 1 year of hire.

Schedule: 37.5 hours work week, primarily Monday-Friday, 8 am- 4 pm, with flexibility to meet consumer needs. Will provide on-call services on a rotating basis.
