HR Business Partner - Corporate Supply Chain

Serve as a primary business partner to the Corporate Supply Chain Department leadership teams; implement talent and culture strategies that drive business partnership, organizational effectiveness, and talent development, retention and employee satisfaction.


  • Bachelorís Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field; Masterís Degree preferred
  • 3+ years of progressive Human Resources' Generalist experience, employee relations & employment law experience required
  • 2+ years of experience managing an employee base inclusive of creative functions (i.e. design, creative marketing, merchandising)
  • 2+ years of partnering directly with EVP level executives in a highly complex and global company
  • 2+ years of experience supporting multiple office locations, including satellite offices
  • Prior managerial/supervisory experience
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
  • Ability to work with and influence senior management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
