The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust
We are looking for an outstanding customer service professional to serve as a primary point of contact between The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust and promoters and presenters of the various events produced by the Trust. The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust is an arts presenter, facilities operator and economic development organization located in downtown Pittsburgh. With an annual budget of $70 million, the Trust manages more than 10 performance/exhibition venues, facilitates over 2,000 performances annually, and partners with other arts organizations to encourage more people to live, work, and play in the Cultural District.
The Event Operations Coordinator will join a team of Guest Services professionals responsible for event creation and maintenance, show settlements, and inventory management. This position provides daily support to several Guest Services functions including daily report distribution, dissemination of event information to key Trust departments, and financial reconciliation for Trust shows and events. The Coordinator must be available to work a flexible schedule that will include some evenings and weekends as dictated by the needs of the Trust.
