Seeking candidates with a Master's degree in business management, accounting or related field and a minimum of eight yearsí experience. Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-functional team. Excellent understanding of strategic planning, capital planning, budget planning and maintenance and human resources. Must have people skills and the ability to supervise staff. Personality and work ethic that evokes confidence from other leadership team members†Bachelorís degree (masterís preferred) in marketing, business or related field and four years of related experience.††Previous sales experience required. Business and industry experience is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.††Strong knowledge of regional economic development and labor market trends. Administrative and grant experience preferred.††Familiarity with both college credit and noncredit training programs a plus. Travel will be required up to 75% and may include weekend and overnight.
