Manager Global Talent Development
Manager Global Talent Development partners with key clients and
stakeholders to define and build short and long-term Talent Management
strategies for the Commercial function. This role involves designing
innovative strategies to support the organization in producing a
pipeline of qualified talent as well as providing solutions to support
ongoing leadership development. The Manager Global Talent Development
works closely with multiple stakeholders including HR Business Partners,
Commercial and Operational Leaders, and Talent Management teams to
develop and implement talent strategies.
Bachelorís degree in a relevant field requiredA
minimum of 10 years of broad HR experience, to include Talent
Development and/or Management, Leadership Development & Management
Training, Performance Management, and designing/implementing/managing
multiple complex projects globallyComfortable with a fast pace of change, while ensuring continuity of current activitiesAbility to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationAbility and willingness to influence and drive change globallyProven ability to establish strategy and to translate it into an effective, long-term action planProficiency in all MS Office tools are requiredWilling and able to travel as required
