Access to services and tools that will position your company to attract and connect with diverse talent. Search our resume database to review diverse talent for your open positions. Also, request resumes are automatically sent to you of talent with specific criteria such as degree, number of year’s experiences, et cetera.
Check out the listing of national, regional and local diversity career fairs where you may want to exhibit. We track, list and exhibit at diversity career fairs and hosts Pittsburgh hospitality receptions whenever possible to introduce potential candidates to our employer members.
Regional Retention Services:
Share resumes of accompanying spouses/partners of your relocated employees within our employer network. Vibrant Pittsburgh will circulate the resume to our members, also you can upload the resume into the database and/or use the membership directory to share the resume with other Vibrant Pittsburgh members.
Upload the name(s) of your newcomers to ensure they receive an invitation to Dine Arounds. Dine Arounds are intimate gatherings of professionals who come together to meet other new people, make new friends, and enjoy good food and good wine. You can also register to host a Dine Around.
Brand Promotional Services:
Promote your events, career fairs, opportunities via Vibrant Pittsburgh’s social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook and Website. We will upload your information to our platform, as well as Friend and follow your organization.
D&I Education/Developmental Services:
Attend the quarterly Inclusion Best Practices Series featuring leaders from high-profile companies who share their stories and best practices on a range of diversity and inclusion topics. Learn from and interact with industry leaders on various Human Resources, Talent Management, Organization Development, Recruiting and Diversity & Inclusion best practices that were key to their business success.
Access data about the Pittsburgh region and receive customize data based on your needs. Through our Vibrant Facts, we provide the region with diversity data, such as the diversity of the workforce; the diversity of our population; demographic data about our Pittsburgh region residents, refugees in the region, people with disabilities; et cetera. We can develop slides, charts and documents to help fulfill your reporting needs.
Facilitated webinar meetings designed to provide you with opportunities to exchange best and promising practices and learned lessons. The webinars are held quarterly and we encourage you to invite colleagues throughout your company to participate.
Connect and exchange information/programs with regional Employee Resource Groups (ERG/BRG). Help develop collaborations and programs with employer ERG/BRG and diverse professional organizations such as ALPFA, National Society of Black Engineers and National Black MBA Association.
