The 2026 NFL Draft is coming to Pittsburgh, and efforts to engage the region’s business community are now underway. To promote access to Pittsburgh’s broad supplier communities, we are excited to partner with the 2026 NFL Draft Advisory Council to share the NFL Draft Source resources.
Two (2) information sessions are being held to introduce Pittsburgh area businesses to 2026 NFL Draft Source, a procurement program run by the NFL in partnership with VisitPITTSBURGH and the Pittsburgh Steelers. The program will engage event-ready local and diverse businesses within the 10-county Pittsburgh region in competing for contracts related to the 2026 NFL Draft.

What is NFL Source? Overall NFL Source Program Background:
- A procurement program that seeks to increase and standardize how the NFL, the Clubs, local organizing committees, and our partners support working with diverse, local and national businesses year-round.
- Internal to the NFL and participating clubs, the program will help stabilize and increase equitable procurement processes while enabling the ability to get ahead of strategic opportunities (such as stadium renovations, builds, and tentpole events).
- For businesses, it is an opportunity to increase visibility to the League and Clubs
- The NFL Source program is not an incubator nor an investment platform for businesses. Its primary focus is on increasing access for local and diverse businesses so that they may gain increased exposure and competitiveness, thereby enhancing their chances of winning viable contracts with the League and its clubs.

- The 2026 NFL Draft Source Program is a branch of the overall NFL Source program. It allows the NFL to ensure increased local involvement in the planning and production of the large-scale event. This is done by selecting the top-qualified local businesses to participate in various business development, training, and learning opportunities that increase their knowledge and ability to win viable contracts.
