Too often, employees with disabilities are overlooked for leadership opportunities, not because of lack of talent, but because of limited perspectives on what leadership looks like. Talent-development research shows that employees with disabilities are equally likely to possess leadership competencies, yet are less likely to be recognized without intentional, inclusive practices.

We will explore how organizations can:
-Identify and nurture leadership potential in all employees.
-Challenge assumptions that limit advancement.
-Build inclusive cultures where everyone can lead with purpose.
