Theater Operations Manager

This is a full-time, salaried position. The Theater Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing a variety of operational issues across all Trust venues. This individual will coordinate facility maintenance services, assist with event scheduling, provide show settlement support, and serve as general operational support for the Trustís Theater Operations team. The Theater Operations Manager will work primarily at the Benedum Center while reaching across several Trust venues. This position involves work with both union and non-union workers and will include evening and weekend hours, depending on theater schedules.
Candidates should have at least 2 yearsí experience in operations, financial management, events management, business management, or related work. This individual must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, along with the ability to become proficient with cloud-based event management systems (VenueOps experience preferred). Candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and solution-focused with strong collaboration skills. The ability to manage multiple priorities/deadlines and work with diverse stakeholders is essential to success in this position. Associateís or Bachelorís degree in operations management, events management, facilities management preferred. The salary range for this position starts at $35,000.
