Compensation Analyst (Remote Position)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA - Remote option
Under minimal supervision, this job provides professional level support in the design and administration of the University of Pittsburgh’s compensation practices, policies and programs including data preparation and analysis. Provides support and problem resolution to managers on compensation philosophy and practices. Bachelor’s degree and two years’ solid compensation experience to include job classification experience. Substitutions can be applied per University Guidelines.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline required CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) preferred, Oracle Cloud experience a plus
