Lora McKnight is responsible for operational and programmatic strategy at Vibrant Pittsburgh, driving change and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Pittsburgh region. Lora has developed and facilitated a variety of programs to accelerate the adoption of best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion, including the D&I Forum, Next Generation Council, PGHNewcomerConnect, the Vibrant Index, and Vibrant Talent Consultants.

Formerly a member of the Immigrants and Internationals Advisory Council of Allegheny County and the Welcoming Pittsburgh Advisory Council of the City of Pittsburgh, Lora currently serves on the Board of Directors of Awaken Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania Family Support Alliance. Previously, Lora worked with The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Southwestern PA and Chatham University. Lora received her Bachelor of Science (Psychology) degree from Illinois State University, and holds a MLIS degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
