Often\, organizations focus on DEI trainings and external messaging first. However\, it is vital for organizational leaders to explore accountability systems within their organizations\, how they can be implemented and how to ensure their effectiveness. One way is to focus internally is through employee engagement or pulse surveys. Does your organization collect and analyze internal data? Does your organization have metrics in place to measure the effectiveness of your DEI initiatives?
