DESCRIPTION:Feb. 15 – The Power of Empathy: Building Cultures of Inclusion and Trust \nMost CEOs believe that a company’s financial performance is tied to empathy in the workplace\, and majorities in all demographics of employees responded that empathy motivates workers and increases productivity. There is a clear connection between empathy and robust performance. \nIn this training\, participants will:\no discuss the benefits of creating a psychologically safe work environment;\no learn the key ingredients to creating empathy in the workplace: commitment\, trust\, and skill; and\no understand their role in creating an inclusive workplace for all. \nVibrant Pittsburgh’s monthly Lunch and Learn brings together Vibrant Pittsburgh members from across sectors and industries in an informal\, interactive\, and participatory atmosphere to collaborate and deepen knowledge.
