Join Vibrant Pittsburgh for The Connection Lounge, a high-energy, after-work experience designed for people shaping workplace culture across the region. This isn’t a panel or a presentation, it’s a curated space where culture comes alive through conversation, connection, and shared experience. The Connection Lounge blends social energy with intentional dialogue. You’ll leave energized, connected, and carrying at least one insight or practice worth bringing back to your workplace.

Connection Zone Themes

Belonging Booth

• What helps people feel connected at work?
• This zone centers on everyday moments of belonging, what makes people feel seen, welcomed, and heard.

Influence Corner

• How do we each shape inclusive workplace cultures, regardless of title?
• This zone explores how influence shows up at every level. It focuses on how we build momentum, model inclusive behaviors, and engage others in culture work.

Sustainability Salon

• How do we build resilience in the people and systems that sustain the work?
• This zone creates space for honest conversation about capacity, energy, and the realities of building inclusive workplace cultures and how we can build resilience.
