Strong connections are the foundation for thriving communities and organizations. Yet too often, silos and barriers keep us from sharing resources, collaborating across industries, and building the partnerships we need to succeed.

The Bridge Builders Collaborative is designed to change that. This collaborative brings together professionals from across Greater Pittsburgh’s 10-county region to cross barriers, connect communities, and carry resources that help us all grow.

In this collaborative kickoff, we’ll explore:

• Who’s on the Bridge? Discover who’s in the room, where we’re working, and the unique resources and gaps we’ve found across our organizations and communities.
• What Can We Build Together? Share what you need most, and what you can offer, as we imagine new connections and possibilities.
• How Do We Turn Barriers into Bridges? Reflect on both personal and organizational barriers, and imagine how collective action can help us cross them.
