Position type:
Full Time, hourly
Minimum requirements:
Equivalent of Associate degree or at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounting, and/or finance.
Satisfactory ACT 33/34 as well as FBI clearances required.
Location:
Main Office located in South Side.
Travel:
Ability to commute to our South Side Office.
Position Description: Responsible for processing invoices, check requests, and out of town travel reimbursement. Process all credit card purchases for the Agency and report to the Fiscal Accounting Manager.
Job Responsibilities – Highlights:
Process out of town travel reimbursement forms, ensuring the accuracy of mileage reimbursement. Reconcile all credit card purchases for the agency and enters them into the MIP System (Micro Information Product) and forward to supervisors for approval. Process vendor invoices through Concur, along with all credit applications. Prepare journal entries into the MIP system, ensuring compliance and accuracy of the system. Assist in the preparation of the Achieva’s annual budget. Review customer statements for outstanding invoices. Performs related duties as required.

Qualifications:
Equivalent of Associates Degree or minimum 2 years of experience in the maintenance of fiscal records, including one year of work involving the application of accounting or fiscal principles and practices and the maintenance and review of fiscal records. Satisfactory ACT 33/34 as well as FBI clearances required.
