Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a remote Energy Scheduling Representative; internally known as a Transportation Services Representative. This role will be responsible for confirming and scheduling Equitrans Midstreams nominations in accordance with all NAESB and FERC guidelines. Nominations are scheduled daily, following the five FERC cycles.
Your tasks and responsibilities include:
– Confirm and schedule ETRN’s pipeline nominations for all interconnecting meters
– Process completed five times each day in conjunction with contract parameters and FERC cycles
– Monitor nominations and actual flows to ensure pipeline imbalances remain within acceptable tolerances
– Ensure all work processes are performed within ETRN, NAESB and FERC guidelines
– Review pipeline tariffs including ETRN’s rates, rate schedules and tariff terms and conditions as well as any industry related developments to ensure company awareness and compliance with all regulatory requirements related to gas transportation
– Interact with customers concerning EBB issues, nomination questions and any general pipeline questions
– Ensure all daily reports are properly posted on ETRN’s EBB
– Ensure notifications are sent to internal parties and posted to the EBB

– A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a closely related field
– Up to 2 years of related work experience that demonstrates quantitative skills and an ability to perform a variety of financial and strategic analyses
– Proficient with Microsoft Office
– Analyze data where the goal is to identify problems and issues
– Analyze data where the goal is to supply information to others who will use it to develop recommendations and alternatives
– Ability to work with a diverse group and balance the needs of the group to meet business objectives
– Ability to grasp business concepts quickly
– Identify areas for process improvement
– Strong attention to detail
Ability to travel up to 5% of time and work non-traditional hours inclusive of weekends and holidays to meet FERC guidelines
The anticipated salary range for this position is $27.79/hr to $34.75/hr plus a total rewards package that includes:
