For more than six decades, Familylinks has been dedicated to serving the diverse individuals and families of Western Pennsylvania. In the past year alone, we extended our care to over 11,000 people spanning all age groups, residing in various neighborhoods, representing different income levels, and holding diverse beliefs. Assignments
General Supervision
Approve all timecards, time off requests and expense reports in a timely fashion (24 hour turnaround).
Responsible for personnel management, competency development, and coaching of staff.
Implement and maintain the various program’s philosophies, principles and procedures in all required services and/or operational functions. Perform direct service functions as needed to ensure department goals.
With direction from the Division Director, establish appropriate client and program outcome goals.
Produce and report statistical and/or client outcome indicator reports and focus on the programs and/or required activities in such a manner as to achieve established program and client outcome goals.
Along with the Senior Program Manager acts as a spokesperson and program liaison with regulatory and licensing bodies, external stakeholders and COA.
Interview, hire and evaluate staff while maintaining approved staffing levels.
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision, training and development of staff to meet agency, department/program and regulatory standards.
Acknowledge staff member’s professional and career goals and work with him/her to achieve those goals by mentoring, developing and/or encouraging further training and education.
Implement plans to improve program and service quality.
Participate in the periodic review of program service operation and development.
Responsible for the expenditure of revenues for the programs according to established budgets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and instruct staff accordingly.
Provide all documentation and reports as requested.
Attend all trainings, supervisions and meetings or other duties as assigned.
Direct supervision of assigned Housing Specialists
Record time and attendance via Human Resources Information Systems and Timekeeping system as applicable
Attend meetings/training as requested/required
Other duties as assigned
Adhere to laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures, including those related to maintaining client confidentiality such as HIPAA
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with supervisory experience of case managers, and work experience in administration or human services.
Experience working in housing programs and with various systems associated with such including HMIS.
Demonstrated knowledge about the dynamics of various mental health and addiction issues as barriers to housing.
Support the organization’s mission along with sensitivity of cultural and workplace harmony.
Planning and time management and strong organizational skills.
A valid driver’s license along with access to a vehicle.
Management of work processes along with strong computer skills for documentation purposes.
Ability to main confidential information within HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
Ability to be flexible especially with scheduling and to perform and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
Communication along with professionalism.
33/34/FBI clearances required

Working Conditions
Based out of the Familylinks Administrative office with the expectation of traveling to the various locations throughout Allegheny and surrounding Counties to attend meetings and conferences.
Ability to lift and carry up to ten (10) pounds of files.
