The Total Rewards Specialist will be responsible for key total rewards processes and daily functions of the Human Resources department across functional areas with a specific focus on compensation program execution. This individual’s responsibilities may also include annual compensation cycle administration, incentive compensation administration, retirement benefit administration, benefits reconciliations, open enrollment, health and welfare benefit administration, and coordination with payroll, as well as managing other projects and priorities as assigned.
