Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field OR associates degree or certification from a technical institute from an accredited institution AND four (4) years of direct work experience in networking and security, support, and troubleshooting. Cisco certifications on networking concepts, protocols, network management software, or on network switching equipment are preferred.
