The Digital Communication Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing digital communication strategies that effectively promote the organization’s mission, values, and programs. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
•First point of contact for all IT inquiries for staff and visiting fellows.
•Manage the organization’s social media accounts and regularly update them with engaging content.
•Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that effectively promote the organization’s initiatives and events.
•Create multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and photos, that can be shared across the organization’s digital platforms.
•Monitor and analyze digital metrics, including website traffic and social media engagement, to continually improve communication strategies.
•Collaborate with other staff members to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
•Stay up to date with digital communication trends and tools and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
•Manage the organization’s website and ensure that it is up-to-date and user-friendly.
•Respond to inquiries and comments on the organization’s digital platforms in a timely and professional manner.
