The Philanthropic Engagement Center (PEC) Manager leads a team of Engagement Ambassadors (Pitt students) to connect with university alumni, parents, faculty, staff, and friends. The PEC manager is responsible for all recruitment, training, and managing of Engagement Center Ambassadors while leveraging technology to reach Pitt constituents via phone, text, video, and email.
