The Housing Coordinator provides case management and support to individuals and families residing in YWCA’s Housing Programs, leading them to self-sufficiency and permanent housing. The incumbent must bring to this position a background in providing comprehensive case management to families and individuals. Experience and knowledge regarding housing supportive services and subsidized housing is preferred. Individuals who have experience in case management, referral services and/or voucher programs are also encouraged to apply.
